A four piece metal band composed of Angélica Burns on the vocals; Julia Pombo on the guitars; Cínthia Ventania on the bass; and Cynthia Tsai Yuen on the drums. Originating from Rio de Janiero's underground metal scene SCATHA arises as one of the few authentic chick rock bands in Brazil. With their EP entitled "KEEP THRASHING"; the band portrays an aggressive thrash metal approach that sounds like early Megadeth albums with a Pantera's “Cowboys From Hell” approach. Intense and heavy vocalization like few female singers can achieve in the metal scene complements the heavy thrash riffs and head banging drum beats.
